I disagree. Season with predicted winners from day one can still be entertaining. Knowing who will win doesn't stop a show from being GREAT.


In short from Efe season till now has had the winner known from week 1 except Ilebaye. Even the Miracle you supported was picked from stage but you still enjoyed the season alongside many others as the HMs gave us back to back entertainment.


I agree that knowing a winner from the first week takes away the unpredictability of that season, but it doesn't stop that season from being great or even the unpredictability that can come with weaker HMs leaving like nobody saw Maria leaving before midway into the game in SYE.

Imisi is even trying. I can never understand why/how Kellyrae won? There was no controversy, highlight, storyline, nothing at all about him. The only thing his voters said was that he needed money to start his family......like what did that have to do with the show? 1 year after, most of them are regretting why they voted him.

Personally, I think many Nigerians watch the show to just crown the winner and not to enjoy the process or the show itself. That's why winners are chosen in Week 1 and 2 and then, the bandwagon follows, because people just want to belong to the 'winning' team. Big brother tried to dissuade this by only showing the bottom votes because he knows that once you show who is topping, most Nigerian voters will just gravitate to that housemate, but e no still work.

Most Nigerians simply don't have that patience to watch before selecting their fave....That why they keep voting mediocres

Koyin's a housemate I particularly like cos he's given his all this seasone especially when you consider his maturity and discipline given his age. Is that enough to win, well the voting public will always decide that and I think we already know who they've chosen
