As much as I agree that most of the girls in the house find Kaybobo attractive and would have loved to have something with him, the fact remains that Kaybobo wasn't on Dede's radar in the early stages of the show. This was even evident in their conversation yesterday when Kaybobo told Dede that he had wanted to get to know her in the early days, but she (Dede) brushed him off.

So, in essence, my point is: if the "fish" story were still very active and the "fishes" were cooperating like they did in the past, Dede wouldn't even remember that someone named Kaybobo exists in that house.

Hence, when the desirable is not available, the available becomes desirable.

Let me tell you one thing I've come to realize on this THREAD/Nairaland, especially after Phyna season when some Ojuelegba Deloitte were coming to gas Byrann up like he stood a chance against Phyna, is that some people enjoy delusion over reality.

Some people don't know how to accept the truth, they clutch onto a miracle that something would come up that would change the course of the show.

If after 5 years some people still believe Erica would've gathered momentum and won Laycon, then you'd know some fans don't know how separate reality from fantasy.


Forget the chats/popularity polls, chats doesn't equate to real voters or support. How many chats did Kellyrae top enroute to winning last season?


Early last month, two customers were discussing in my work place, at a point they starting talking about BBN. I noticed and asked so they watch BBN and they said yes. I asked them who they were supporting, they both chorused Imisi. I intentionally asked if they really watch the show, they said they weren't really watching this season as they don't have the chance to but that they catch up online and they love Imisi. One of them said she doesn't vote, the other said she do vote Imisi all the time despite not watching live.


Now imagine the thousands out there who are casual fans like these two ladies who support and vote Imisi without even watching this show on a daily basis, and that is all you need to know who will the show. Winners of this show usually have large number of "casual fans" or "bandwagon". They are the ones that wins you the show. Those that go with the crowd favourite.

I have a friend whose all but one fave have won the show from See Gobe to NLG. The only time she got it wrong was when she supported Erica over Laycon and she still argues that if Erica wasn't evicted, Erica would've won as her faves always win. Guess who she's supporting this season? Imisi!! There thousands of people like her.


Forget those saying the winner was unpredictable after 3 weeks, those ones no sabi read this show. Imisi won on the first week and cemented her win with her display against Rooboy.
