Jesus didn't preach a religion

He preached the way of life that pleases God.He alone knows the only true Almighty God and he revealed God to everyone without discrimination of any sort.
It is people that have come up with different ways of not really worshipping God.

Luke 6:27-end.If you are a Christian, read it and see how much you are mostly not even doing any single thing Jesus actually taught! Why?Because it's really difficult for most to do.And even Pastors of large churches everywhere don't even preach these exact teachings of Jesus.
Because ,even they themselves can probably not do them.
It would be shocking to most of you "Christians" while reading those verses.


The actual true way of worshipping God has been neglected by most "if not all" Christians.

Jesus told the Woman from Samaria (The Samaria people were Idol worshippers:It is made evident in the book of Kings) that

Now,people would no longer Worship God both in Jerusalem and on this mountain,instead those that would Worship God "must" worship him in truth and in spirit

Worshipping is no longer a physical act according to Jesus.
Instead it is now a spiritual act by knowing and living according to the truth of his commandments.
He said "I am the way,the truth and the life" - John 14:6
He said "those that would Worship the Father" must" worship in "truth" and in "spirit".
He also said " The Very words I have spoken to you are spirit and life"- John 6:63

That is it!
His very words are the only ways you can worship God in " truth and spirit"
Knowing his commandments (summarized in Luke 6:27-end) is knowing the truth and doing them is living according to his words which is living in truth and in spirit

Can anyone see this?

Any single act that can be seen physically is really not worship according to this verse.

Singing "Praise and worship songs"(sometimes while wearing masquerade robes),waving hands,rolling on the floor, crying,dancing,,clapping,etc,they are good! Because people do these things from their hearts to "worship" God. While doing all of these things,it is God they have in their mind.

However,there is an even more pleasing way to God,a way to actually worship him,and it is through Jesus himself "in truth and in spirit"
Truth of his words and commandments Luke 6:27-end and doing this is Spirit and life.


In this way,Anyone: Christian,Muslim, Traditional Worshippers, Buddhists,...... Masquerades....can worship God in Truth and spirit
Remember,the woman from Samaria and the people of Samaria were Idol worshippers and Jesus still taught them how to worship God the right way.

Anyone,Read Luke 6:27-end.See the commandments of Jesus,Note how many of them you are not doing and start doing them.
You are then truly Worshipping God because you now know the truth and doing it is spirit because his words are spirit.
Irrespective of religion.You can be a Worshipper of the only True God!
It does not have to be physical!In fact,it is a Totally Spirit act!

Masquerade have no religion. It's cultural.

You cannot tell a man not to observe his culture simply because he's serving a religion.

You are almost right. Observing one's culture is never a sin even wearing masquerade outfit. But in the course of Observing the culture, people engage in rituals that are against God's will. The spiritual chants and breaking of kolanuts to appease their ancestors etc. By doing all these things, they interact with familiar spirits and worship them.
This is where it is kukuma better to drop some culture.
African Culture is superb but when mixed with spiritism it is absolutely wrong before the Almighty.
Jesus is Lord.

Is this even acceptable? As in okay? Won't the traditionalist accused him of ridiculing their beliefs and gods?

If he tried this in some places I know back.then, they will try some charms on him o.

Whether it will be effective or not is something else entirely.

But your Jesus during his life time sat with the sinners to bring or win souls for himself and Pharisees like you were the first to cast aspersions on him...

This is bizarre. You don't have to look demonic to preach the gospel that wrestle against demons. God is not the author of confusion.

1 Cor 9:20-23 emphasized on the strategies Paul adopted, that a Child of God can also adopt in preaching the gospel.

Jesus Christ our perfect example also used this strategy by visiting Zacheaus the publican and a tax collector. Luke 19:1-9 He also had a life-transforming encounter with the Samaritan woman by the well of Jacob. John 4:7-25

God is an unchanging God and his ways are past finding out, He may inspire you to use a strategy in evangelizing that may seem absurd, but in the end birth a massive soul winning. God is unchanging but His operations are in diverse forms and manners.

The central theme is that we should allow the Holy spirit to lead us into doing the will of the Father.

HOW DID WE GET TO THESE IMMORALITY OF RELIGION. IS A BIG SHAME TO THE PASTOR AND THR FOLLOWERS. WHAT DOES HE WNTS TO TEACH AND WHAT DOES HIS FOLLOWERS EXPECT FROM HIM. GOD HAVE MERCY. IT WILL BE VERY TERRIBLE ON THE JUDGEMENT DAY. IF THERE WILL BE.........

Remember when he told that Samaritan woman that he can't give the food meant for children to dogs... because she's a Samaritan. It was that woman's strong will tht made her receive that miracle. Jesus discriminated well well

If he truly discriminated

He won't have actually helped her

He wanted to see her faith actually
