the lagos /abuja property can be sold most times. The village one cant be.

Nothing wrong in building 3 bedroom bungalow in the village. Corpers can rent it , or relatives can take over and maintain easily

I don't understand why people build super structures like this in the village when a simple 3 or 4 bedroom flat would have been enough, and easily be let out thereafter. Look at how this mansion has turned to a relic and eyesore, wasting away. Who is going to live inside? This structure is going to be desolate forever because it is too massive to be renovated and occupied by a single individual. Infact, it can comfortably house all the entire population of Ezinifite .

If you built your (family) house, you would be hesitant to rent it out, trust me.
