Most of the time it's seems right to judge people's actions and characters by their looks

I laugh at the ignorance of some people here sha!

Some people are asking why hasn't he been apprehended and some are even saying funny things about the victims, forgetting about the unserious security system of Nigeria.

Let me just tell yhu why this guy hasn't been caught yet....

This guy isn't a true registered bolt, indrive or Uber driver. What he does is that, he prey on people waiting for Uber or anyone who has ordered a ride from any of these driving companies.

So, two things are involved here: either this guy has an insider who gives him information about those ordering rides or himself found loopholes on how to get information.

Each time he is reported, all the above companies always deny knowing him.

Nobody ever knows where this guy is from, not even a former neighbour or school mate.

At one time, they claim the man was a police but no one has officially confirmed that yet.

Funny thing is, anytime he is in the news - he goes low, yhu won't hear about him again and no one will complain about him for a while, until everywhere is calm again.

Don't be surprised if this man isn't even a Nigerian.

But whatever and who ever he is, this man should have been caught by now, he has done enough.

Tge information isn't clear. was it in abuja or lagos? No name? Car details etc...

This is very serious to take lightly on social media.

Many crimes are going on unreported in Nigeria, especially rapes. Most women will just walk away and not speak up to avoid being stigmatized.

What's stopping them from approaching a police station to report him or report him to Uber so he can be arrested?

I saw same guy this morning before leaving for work. He's my neighbor and we don't understand him at all.
He changes women like boxers.

So a Driver Knowing fully that his identity is exposed will go around doing such rubbish..

A driver that will engage in such activities will either steal a bolt or I drive account I e. Use a false account . .

Very fishy...it's possible all these ladies are friends who are hell bent in tarnishing a driver because one of them have a bad experience with him
