Following the expiration of the state of emergency in Rivers State, all appointments made by the Sole Administrator, Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ibas (rtd), automatically ceases. Here's a breakdown of the categories of appointees whose tenure ends with the emergency rule: These officials were appointed during the emergency rule and stands removed once democratic governance is restored: 1. Secretary to the State Government (SSG) – Prof. Paul Worika- 2. Chief of Staff Government House 3.
