Nokia E63

Although it's late 2000's though, it was my first phone.

No mobile phone has given me the kind of joy this phone gave me in 2009.

Nothing beat Phones with Symbian OS at that time.
ure right this phone was on it’s own class

This phone was one of the best phones I've ever used in terms of satisfaction, bought it in 2012 and it was the last symbian phone I used before migrating to Android in 2015.

Ah, this is nostalgic!
Back in the early 2000s, life was a lot simpler, and one gadget stood out as my closest companion – the iPod.

That little device was more than just a music player; it was like carrying an entire world of sound in my pocket. Whether I was on the bus, studying late at night, or just chilling with friends, my iPod was always there. With thousands of songs stored, it gave me vibes for every mood – from gospel to hip-hop, R&B, and even those evergreen Naija classics.

I can still remember the joy of scrolling through playlists with that famous click wheel. No internet, no streaming, just pure offline music enjoyment. Honestly, the iPod shaped how I connected with music and created memories that still stick with me today.

Who else had an iPod back then? Which one was your favorite – the Classic, Mini, Nano, or Shuffle?

Let’s hear your iPod memories
Oh man, you just made me go dust my iPod Nano 3rd Gen from the Drawers. cheesy. Had this Lil guy since 2008 and it still works perfectly till date, more than 16 rough years after, being misplaced, found, fallen into a bucket of water twice, dropped uncountable times. cool. This Nano holds 4gb of music from my past life wen things were good and when I feel down, I just dust it and connect to my Audio system.. smiley smiley

You buy the sim you celebrate like you have made it.
The next task is to buy phone. embarassed

Yet some businesses that want to make profit bought a lot of sim at 18000 to resell at N20,000 annd make profit of N2000. Only for Econet and MTN to lower theirs down to N16000. embarassed
The loss was unexpected.

Back in the day when phones had substance. Today, every phone looks no different from the rest. I like the uniformity of today, however nothing stands out. It’s like companies are afraid to experiment.

It's the fault of their brand strategist when he made Nokia enter into a deal with Microsoft to produce the Nokia Lumia series. It was the beginning of the end and at that time with android phones getting a strong foothold with the emergence of the Techno series and the Samsung Galaxy series, that was their window to join and maintain their edge but they held back like BlackBerry and faced the same fate. They're still out there with their new android range but they joined too late. The once King of the Pack is now an Old soul basking in former glory.

My trusty Nokia 3310 is the ONLY phone I ever carry when in Nigeria, to this day.

No banking information in the phone, and I have dropped it on hard floors many times without breaking it.

My Android banking phone never leaves home.

Anyone who steals my Nokia 3310 will be seriously disappointed.
