Guys please help me and be very sincere with me.

I don't want to make any mistakes that will further ruin my life. I really need to grow my YouTube channel to meet requirement and start earning. On that note, I'm tempted to use these guys running adverts on Facebook and claiming that they can help struggling channels reach 1k subscribers and 4k watch hour, thereby becoming eligible for monetization.

I'm being careful here please. Who has used them before and is it worth doing? What are the advantages and disadvantages, negative and positive and the actual implications of such?

The amount they are calling is even outrageous - 250k, 180, 150k which is a lot to misuse in any sense.
