The British are more pragmatic,and less emotional looking at things from a cost effective point of view. Training pilots is a very expensive investment.

All I can say is if this man was black he would have been sacked.

I remember that Nigerian women that was sacked despite putting in 30 years on the job. Because she picked a watch and reported the matter the next day.

As for immigration control, that is myth the UK govt is spinning. Young men of fighting age from the middle East are being settled,housed and fed on state funds.

He should have been dismissed Management have set a bad precedent, they no longer have right to dismiss any younger staff for same conduct
