There's no bonding anywhere abeg, the teacher won't be the one to teach parents how to bond with their kids, no rationale for any assignment.
Such child should be in Creche, not starting school.

By social bonding I mean with her mates,am against all those useless assignments I too struggles to teach & make them do their assignments which teachers fails teach them well.

Why will children below 8 years come back from school at 4:30pm-5:00pm, and leave before 8:am the next day?

Very true but that's China. This is Nigeria. And mind you, the Assignments we are talking about here are majorly Books, Book and 📚 📖 📙 📘 and nothing practical inclined.

Most developed countries peg their school-starting age at 4 or 5, only lower if u're taking that child to a daycare.

give students homework is different from giving them what should be classwork in the name of homework. A student will return home by 5pm with 5 different so called homeworks.

And what's the big deal...There should be home work after every lesson or the other one. Classwork is not enough

5 different homework doesn't mean they are submitting all five the following day. ...Anyway, you can't give what you don't have as a parent to your child

What is a toddler of 2 years of age doing in a school. She is not to be in school at this age in the first instance. In a saner clime, the school authority is supposed to be sanctioned.

..so a 2 years cannot be in creche or nursery

My believe is dat once u r a university graduate u should be able to take maths and English... For science students, chemistry and physics to some extent or at least have an idea

With that said, assignment is to be given to see whether what u taught in class is well understood.... Why will u give a child assignment on what they've not been taught.... So why parents come dey pay sch fees....

next time learn to understand before jumping on mention. That's the advice I have for you. No part of my post imply I have issues with homework.
