Afghanistan government has rejected it, that they can relate with US on economy and other things but no military presence of Americans in Afghanistan.

The same US did not recognize Taliban government and still wishing to relate with them.

They have forgetting that government can be formed through monarch, election - which is democracy, military coup and revolution.

whether encroach or not,US does not take chances when it comes to security.They don't have to wait until they encroach on other countries territory.They take their security very very serious.Reason why they budget billions of dollars annually on security alone.US is monitoring every move those countries they built their military base.
