They were classified as dirty in the past when allowed to roam free. Since pigs eat almost anything, they dug into graves and consumed corpses. Today, pigs are raised in industrial farms. They eat only what farmers provide.

Africans dump refuse anywhere. It is a sorry case that most sites rife with mud also house refuse. Oh, it’s science. I’ve seen a fair number of Nigerians who refuse to eat the meat. Why? I’ve come across ignorant ones who swear to never eat pig meat but rush to consume pork because they don’t believe both are the same.
