Good evening everyone.

Please I need all the advice I can get on how I can build my career in RMAFC having been employed with BSc in Microbiology.
Is there need for me to try and obtain another degree in a relevant course that's in line with the commission's mandate or there's a way I can switch and get a Master's degree in a course under Social Sciences despite my Science background that will cover up for the first degree I've been employed with?

Please advise a brother on the best way to go about it.

You never get job you don Dey find Salary and allowance, meanwhile letters has been share since last 2 weeks and some are yet to collect theirs. Get job first and tell us the remuneration. So that others will know what they are paid.

Entry level for NASRDA is different from other agencies while other agencies use GL 08 step 1 for degree holders, theirs is GL 07 step 1 for degree holders and the pay range is between 230-250k

These people salary neva still increase significantly since years back. Used to be 190+ about 5 years ago

The reality is that 80% of government agencies that are non revenue have this similar salary. Infact, NASRDA still pays more than 50% government agencies. Some agencies still pay below 200k for entry level

The only difference is that the revenue generating agencies have bonuses and allowances that makes it look juicy but their basic salary is still within this range for entry levels. Until people enter the system, they would understand better
