Chelsea's problem is discipline!

And I will say it over and over again, Chelsea's problems lie in the age of their players.

The team is made up of too many young, inexperienced players who lack discipline.

Now I know that youngsters must be afforded a platform to grow, but a team should be made up of more mature, composed and experienced players to guide the younger ones...
