As in ehn! Even when Mourinho or Di Matteo teams were down to 10 men, they never subbed off THREE attacking players within 10 minutes; at worst they’d sub off only one attacking player. I really don’t know what Maresca was smoking sha, because that was textbook terrible game management

Maresca killed any small chance we had left with his panicking. No matter how useless a team may be you don't quickly make defensive subs killing your attack that early. Were we not still balling them leading to the case red?

That is normal. He removed 2 attackers and played brought in a Defender and goalkeeper.

Palmer is clearly better but he's is not a hustler. He's also not as athletic. He was also not 100% fit.

It's why Wenger took Pires off in the 006 final. He needed hustlers on the pitch. When you're a man down, you need more work horses on the pitch.
