Which of the presidential aspirants possesses integrity? Is it Atiku, whom Obasanjo described as disloyal and prone to corruption, or Peter Obi, who vowed never to leave APGA but subsequently betrayed the party by joining PDP, then LP, and is now reportedly planning to defect to ADC if offered a ticket? Instead of resorting to name-calling and bitterness due to your preferred candidate's loss in the election, why not sheathe your sword and support the incumbent? Anyone leading the nation is akin to our pilot, and only a fool would wish for the pilot of the plane they are traveling in to crash simply because their preferred pilot wasn't chosen. Remember, if Tinubu fails, Nigeria fails, and we will all suffer the consequences.

Peace!
Who told you that Tinubu came to work?

Dey play! If Tinubu fails, you fail not me.

What about security and safety concerns?
That's a major grid right there...might need special diagnosis.

Would have been great to be sitting on the roof of every hostel.
Rather than spreading- as you're suggesting, compact and manage efficiently in one location.

So they should build a warehouse inside the university instead of solar plants that would help electrify the university, hostels etc and also boost research and development? Wow! 😀

You think the FUTO doesn't have a car park and market accessible to students?

Oga did you attend a university at all? What kind of Onitsha market mentality is this one? 😂😂😂
You finished the guy patapata.

This is a good development, the maintenance is very much needed for it to serve its full capacity
If you're a technical person you will understand that maintenance not really needed now not until after 6 to 8 yrs.
This is a good development by the government.
Re: FG Builds 8.54MW Solar Hybrid Power Plant In FUTO by tunde1200(m): 7:16am On Sep 21, 2025
Take heart bro lol 😂😹...!
Subsidy is gone forever if Peter Obi become Nigeria President by 2094 he might bring it back for you sorry.
Learn to move on bro.

SmartPolician:
Oga, rest! Buhari and Jonathan built projects across Nigeria without removing the subsidy.

Tinubu should be transparent enough to tell Nigérians how much he saves from subsidy removal every month and what he does with the money.

But then, that name and integrity cannot share the same sentence.

In as much as we all have our own prefered candidate to lead the helm of affairs of this nation. Nigerians should be fair enough to say what is right and what is wrong about their leaders. Make we leave party alone.

Jonathan and PDP built enough to make the country prosperous for everyone with low taxes, low interest rates, low government borrowing etc.

thisweekng:
The Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy Chief Olawale Edun has said the last time Nigeria’s economy looked stable was about a decade ago.

He made this statement during his maiden press conference as Minister of Finance where he outlined President Bola Tinubu’s vision, agenda and strategy for the economy.

He said, “I think as we all know, we are not where we should be. The economy is barely growing above the rate of population growth.

“But it was not always so, and I think in trying to look at the way forward, if we now have a situation of slow growth, double-digit inflation, weak/depreciating exchange rate, as well as security concerns that are resulting in an economy that is not growing and not taking Nigerians out of poverty.

“If we think back to the last time when the economy was stable- when it was growing, when inflation was low, and the interest rate was affordable, that period was about a decade ago. Growth was about 6% in 2013 and 2014.”

Previous Govts Initiated ‘Most Of The Things This Administration Is Doing’ – Adesina

A majority of the projects the Muhammadu Buhari administration is working on was inherited from previous administrations, the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity has said.

Mr Femi Adesina said this when he appeared on Channels Television’s special Independence anniversary programme on Sunday.

“Most of the things this administration is doing – 60 to 70 percent of them – were initiated by previous governments,” he said.

“That shows you that in the past a government will come and say ‘this is not our project’ And it will discard what was being done and start fresh ones.”

As a result, Mr Adesina said there are many half and quarter-completed abandoned projects.
But rather than abandon the project, he explained that the current administration will complete it.

An example is the Abuja-Kaduna rail project which the Presidential aide said was up to maybe 60 to 70 percent complete when the last administration left.

Why should nigeria fail if tinibu fails what type of reasoning is that? There are thousands of competent nigerians that can do a better job than tinibu all over nigeria if they are given the chance to lead the highest that's expected from tinibu is to honorably step down if the job proved to be too much for his capacity and not to crash nigeria with him.

keep lying to yourself.

The only president that ever built 70% of current federal infrastructure since 1999 is non other than Mohammadu buhari. And he built those infrastructure from train to lagos ibadan, to second niger bridge on borrowed funds which impacted the economy negatively.

The rest were crinimal looters.

You can't even point to any tangible infrastructure federal infrastructure being commissioned by Jonathan except some uzelezz alimajiri schools in the north that costed less $100million to build, despite the oil boom and all the borrowing.

Abeg no dey talk people like genz that you can suddenly brainwash.

If Buhari and APC are not the greatest looters, then why are they borrowing more than PDP did even though the deregulation and privatisation capitalists didn’t remove subsidy to save $84 billion? Do you know why huh

socialmediaman:
The 2018 Rating by Transparency International placed Nigeria at 148th position out of 180 countries. Nigeria was improving over the years under the previous government, until Buhari got elected as president, things became worse.

There is a difference between fact and fiction. We need to face facts, Buhari is worse than GEJ when it comes to fighting corruption, at least that’s what the facts prove.

Most of us believed there was corruption under Goodluck Jonathan’s Government. I agree with those who did, there was corruption, but not as bad as it is today under Mohammadu Buhari.

In 2012, Nigeria was placed at 139th position, In 2014, Nigeria gained 3 steps and was placed at 136th position. Under Buhari, Nigeria has lost many positions down to 148th.

There’s no further proof needed that corruption has worsened under Buhari’s government compared to previous years.

To use a vehicle analogy, imagine you're a passenger who desired a different driver from the one currently operating the vehicle. Your dissatisfaction with the driver does not mean you should wish for the driver to fail in reaching your destination or, even worse, for the vehicle to crash. Such an outcome would negatively impact not only the driver but also all passengers on board. Likewise, in the context of politics, Tinubu represents the driver you dislike, Nigeria symbolizes the vehicle, and national growth is the desired destination. Wishing for Tinubu's failure is like wishing for the driver's failure, if he failed eventually, his failure could jeopardize the entire nation's progress.
