2023 he was not holding any political office, he was not president the president was against his candidacy, Senate president was against him, his party chairman was against him, millions of people from one tribe like that were all against him.

Hey somehow he managed to win capture the election.

Now that he has all the power with him what makes you think he will lose election.

Buhari made Tinubu win that election. The North gave him 60% of the votes. The North will not vote for him, SS ans SE will not vote for him. SW will only give him 50% so where will his win come from?

Sir Buhari did not make President Tinibu win in the North.....it was a case of if you can't beat them join them.

He saw the writing on the wall and the body language of the northern governors especially the powerful El rufai and he knew his plan wouldn't work so he had no choice but to fulfill his promise of handing over to Yoruba man.

He openly endorsed Ahmed Lawan in the primaries.
I will admit though if Buhari wanted Tinibu to lose 100 percent he could have done it.
