Arteta needs big game mentality to win the Premiership. Just as Martinelli has taken up the challenge of new winger signings to raise his game mentality so Arteta needs to be confident in himself that he can beat these big teams.

To start with 3 DM's as he did against Pool is cowardly and the big teams see these semi defensive formations and smell fear and attack at will.
