How do you explain that PSG will be playing against Marseille the same time the balloon D'or is organized knowing that most people don't attend when they know they won't win.

How do you explain Lamine Yamal planning a party in Paris after the awards? Last year Vinicius was planning a party after the awards until he found out that he won't win.

Well, I can't confirm if they stop informing winner ahead but, it has always been so over the years. But they are speculations alreday though that Ousmane Dembele is alreday aware that he's the winner.
But it's only normal to tell them..it isn't about leaking out secrets. They need to prepare for somethings, media, receptions, speech, pictures and etc. These and more are the reasons why they are told ahead which ofcuz is normal.

If FIFA wants to be fear....they should I've Yamal or Raphinha that balon d or ....and I am not even a Barcelona fan....what numbers did Dembele have last season to win a balo d or ...we can make excuse for Rodri who won it cos he was a holding midfielder ..but an attacker ..u need to have numbers and I can't see any number Dembele has ahead of yama or Raphinha....I can't count 3 games in the champions where yamal single handedly delivered and scored ...took the weight on himself ....Raphinha many times gave goals that was more than crazy ..even in the league
