Hello everyone. Can someone please tell me how many blocks and bags of cement are required to fence a 44m x 25m land? How much should one budget to spend on the fence? I'll be glad if I could get a cost breakdown. It doesn't have to be accurate. The land is located near Auchi.

thanks for the laughs this plan is so funny 😆😆. Why is the dining obstructing the room and kitchen. Wait, where is that staircase leading to and where is it starting from! 3rooms and no cross ventilation? I can’t even understand the concept behind this design.

It's a duplex that is being converted to a flat, the upper picture is the Ground floor and the lower picture is the first floor. The stairs is from the ground floor to the first floor and the bedrooms on the corner have cross ventilation

Go to Dede market you will get it there. But you need to check what you typed up there. 200m should be typo error. You can't get light of 200m. Maybe you are trying to say 200cm i.e 2m long

Is there anyone who can confirm that TMT is still what it is and has not reduced it's quality whatsoever?

Is TMT not done in Nigeria?
I think this is less of an issue cos this is only to re enforce the straighten, even if you put stripes of bamboo it will serve same function

SON is the major problem in the collapse of building in Nigeria, material testing whatever are not taking action from the source but hunting buyers. We are tge problem of ourselves in Nigeria, imagine you can't find 500mg paracetamol in Nigeria, what is available is less 400mg.
