But Boko Haram, ISWAP, etc, just like hamas and of the same aim are already dealing with Africa. Why not call the ones terrorising Africa out first?

Propaganda, because HAMAS should not , and is in fact , not on the same list BOKO HARAM is on.
HAMAS is a national patriotic movement created to fight a foreign colonial power.
As far as Israel bombing Africa, well , if that happens, then make no mistake , at least 100 million
Pan-Africanist popular troops will sweep through valleys and seas to erase that thing off the map once for all.
