Those forms are often created by scammers. people who just want to steal your personal information, email, or even trick you into clicking phishing links that lead to fake websites. They just want you to fill your details. then later they will start calling you to scam you.

Real Big Companies and Organization like banks, telecoms, or government agencies will rarely ever use a Google Form for recruitment.
Legit organizations always use:
