JohnBullMySon:Are you sure or you are just plain ignorant ![]() About 30% of annual training spots go to the IMGs ? Recently, a family friend sent me a document from a state in the US that now allows foreign trained Doctors to work in rural communities without the USMLE . Go figure 😎 |

lapazi:is trump not helping us.... That money our politicians want to use to send their kids abroad and buy properties, let them use it to invest in Africa... He said it that he doesn't want to be politically correct.... When d white man wants to cheat you, they'll hide under human rights... Yes let them bring their money abroad, they have human rights, but they know that money is for millions of people back at home.... Africa wise up.... |

salford1:Bulk of this company’s (mostly Fortune 500) have locations in Canada- Canada has almost multiple time zones that matches the major American cities. It’s not rocket science. I don’t immediately see the economic constraints, in short I see positives- this will impact Canadian immigration system positively. I’m just highlighting this so people looking to study the US with the ultimate hope of working there should pivot to Canada instead. |

Judolisco:I don’t think these politicians children are chasing H1 B visas lol. Na people like me and you Dey chase that level. You think Wike pikin wan go work for yankee, he’s most likely already a citizen like most of them kids. So chill lol And the werey Trump has just made it more difficult for people like us because where we wan see 100k? Updated: I just find out that the 100k is not paid by individuals but rather the company that hired them and filed for the work visa on their behalf. |

WesleyPepper:Problem with Nigerians is being unnecessarily confrontational and argumentative. Was is it necessary to call me plain ignorant? Anyways back to the topic. I believe Residency programs use J1 visas or F1 not H1b. I don’t know the stats for foreign med students but I know US doesn’t import foreign trained doctors in the sense that your residency will have to be in the US. |
