Money is good but its love is the problem here.

I once told my friends in a get-together that I like money because it's good to have it but I don't love it and will never do... They asked me what I meant by the statement, and I further expatiated that there is a difference between liking something and loving it.

When you like something and you can't get it, you are likely to let it go but when you love something you are likely to want to acquire it by all means, which may lead one to committing evil.

So guys, do not love money otherwise you may commit evil. It's okay to like it... In the end money is a tool or messenger...

What i learnt from the scenario is that; businesses are meant to be handled professionally, if the buyer hadn't transferred the money and the agent had also acted professionally and not compelled the buyer to send the money without the papers.available

Make money has never been easy

The day I drove a friend and his agent to inspect land inside a thick bush, I had so many thoughts mostly because the place was so isolated. That day, I told myself I’ll never go for land inspection in the bush again without my own security.

It’s disheartening! Human life seems to hold no value for the wicked. If the seller claimed he transferred the money, the police can request the details of the account to which he supposedly transferred it and confirm this information. His lies would then be exposed. Sadly, many people lack a conscience; some kill for as little as N100,000. The police should be commended for their efforts. Perhaps they wouldn’t have pursued the case with such intensity if the man hadn’t belonged to a well-known association.

This reminds me of my first trip to Epe, where I accompanied two strangers to inspect a site they said they planned to use for dredging. I secretly took their pictures, as well as a photo of their car with the registration number, and sent these images to about four people via BlackBerry chat.
