Unlike Goodluck Jonathan who should have removed Jega before the 2015 election.

You really don't know much about politics. He doesn't need a South Westerner as Inec chairman to win 2027 election. He's wiser than you think. He can appoint a northerner. All he need to do is make an agreement with them on 2031. He is a master strategist with support from many northerners you don't see in the news.
