FG should derecognize WAEC and NECO fior employment, those are basic qualifications. They should mandate all current holders to obtain a minimum of National Diploma within 3 years or ship out.

A certificate is just meaningless paper. It's not a test of knowledge. Experience is the best. Skill set is better.
