I am currently at the stakeholders meeting of the Coalition African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Abuja. It’s a meeting of the Nigerian people against the oligarchs who promote poverty and insecurity in the land. -AA

But the same Arewa made Tinubu President or did he win the South by winning only 4 SW states? Don't worry. The whole South will vote Tinubu just as they did in 2023. Even the Southwesterners in the ADC are not Southern enough according to you all. You told us Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivor is Chinedu from Ebonyi, while Aregbesola is an Ebira man from Okene. Tinubu should focus on sending more emissaries to discourage Jonathan from contesting. Time is a gentleman.

That should tell you a lot. The north through Buhari ruled for 8 years. The south will do the same till 2031. The Fulani born to rule mentality is over. Wake up and smell the coffee.


Btw, you Atikulosers don’t speak for the north. If Atiku has any moral right to seek power in 2027, all big wigs including current and former office holders would have rallied behind him like they did for Buhari in 2015. But no, all your governors and NASS members have all distanced themselves from Atiku. Even Kwakwanso is now one leg in APC already. So, Atiku can keep fooling desperately around, it’s his right.

Don't worry. There will be no scarcity of options to pick from the South. Jonathan and/or Obi will be on the ballot. Tinubu is not the "Southern candidate". He's the Muslim-Muslim candidate, remember? If your candidate cared about the South or a fair contest, he wouldn't frustrate Obi out of LP while sponsoring ethnic diatribe against him in the SW.

If you're convinced that the North is unanimously behind Tinubu, why call the ADC meeting an Arewa Demonic Coalition? Why not go to sleep? Lessons will be learnt.

Atiku doesn't have new ideas. He just wants to be president. Atiku and Tinubu belong to the old era where politicians use money, influence and connections to win elections. They don't owe you to tell you what they have done before as a yardstick for what they will do. They just believe it's their turn because nobody has the money and connections to challenge them. The moment Atiku and Tinubu leave the scene, anyone who comes after them will be a former governor who will campaign based on performance in office.

That's the era that Peter Obi and his likes will usher in. Nigeria doesn't have a choice but to get there. That's why I always say that Sowore can never be president in Nigeria because nothing in him shows he is preparing for the future of Nigeria's democratic campaigns. He's just on the streets insulting everyone; he's not reading the room and looking into the future.

Tinubu is posturing as the Southern candidate but he has used unethical and undemocratic means including state power to disenfranchise other Southerners from contesting with him while using SOE, threats and coercion on other Southern states. Does he intend to run unopposed in 2027? Why is he afraid of a fair contest? You can continue to run all the permutations for the ADC, an unpleasant surprise await you.
