The man has changed now; he spends time in Imo now. He abandoned governance and relocated to Abuja. Now, he has seen what his colleagues who just spent 2 years in office (Enugu and Abia governors) have achieved and shame don catch am. In one interview, he said he wanted to leave a legacy. Now, he has woken up, and It's a good thing for Imo State.

He was despised because he's a known fraudster with a court case with the EFCC who would never win a free and fair election in Imo State. But Nigeria happened to Imo State and a man who finished at 4th position in a guber election miraculously became first because of the Supreme Court abracadabra.

Boys picked up arms against his government, burnt down his village house and he was visibly scared. He relocated to Abuja and started governing Imo State from the FCT. For 4 years, he did almost nothing in his state. Nobody knows what he did with Imo allocations for 4 years. Who will like a fellow like that?

I've been hearing some good news about the supreme Court governor of recent . How he has been working to position the state to greatness. But I want to ask , why wait till the last days of his 8 years tenure ? Why didn't he start working for Imo people when he was in at least 2nd years of government huh

The 2 major contestants who challenged him were worse than him, so Imo people didn't really care about what happened at the polls. It's just like using the Lucifer to replace a small demon.

Because people didn't care, his boys were able to unleash all the machinations (vote-buying and rigging inclusive) in their arsenal to win the election for him.

If there was a decent candidate, Imo people would've resisted him the way Ohakim was resisted and kicked out just that Rochas would replace him.

Imo state and conference centre... Conference centre in Imo state is now looking like Lagos-Ibadan expressway that is always awarded by successive governments but somehow never gets finished

are the roads, state schools, hospitals, water supply, libraries, public housing, youth services, agriculture, public transportation, legal aid, fire service, disability aid, aged care screaming quality?

The way una dey snap picture, you just don't show anything. Why not start your picture from the exterior of the center. We want to see the building outside then you proceed inside. These few internal pictures doesn't show me anything to appreciate.

Lawmaker scores Lagos Water Corporation low

A Lagos State lawmaker, Mr Saka Fafunmi, on Thursday expressed dissatisfaction at the performance of the state Water Corporation.

Fafunmi, a member of the Lagos State House of Assembly (LAHA), said in Ikeja that the corporation had not been able to justify statutory allocations to it.

The lawmaker, who represents Ifako-Ijaiye Constituency 1 at the assembly, spoke to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).

He said that the corporation had the capacity to generate much fund internally through water rates but had relied solely on government funding because of poor performance.

'' Anyone that is using water will be willing to pay for it; the corporation has not been giving us water.

"Is there any new community that Water Corporation has given water? People depend on boreholes; even government estates have industrial boreholes.

"Why do we keep pumping money into an agency that does not give us the desired results?'' he asked.

He noted that the Adiyan Waterworks was located at Ifako-Ijaiye, where many of the residents had resorted to digging boreholes as a means of getting water.

''A lot of people are falling sick because they don't drink clean water.

''In the same compound, where you have sewage, is where you have a borehole.

''There is no way you can manage the sewage that it will not leak and pollute the water; everyone drinking such is drinking contaminated water,'' he said.

The lawmaker urged the corporation to increase water reticulation and supply to residents.
