1. The union is not created to make impact on ordinary Nigerian. Nigerians, when tired, will rise up and make their voices heard.

2. Freedom of association is a right guaranteed by the constitution. It is Dangote who should leave his staff alone to express their fundamental right.

3. If you or Dangote has a problem with it, you would need to amend the constitution. That's where the focus should be.

Union is good but in Nigeria, it has been politicised. For example, ASUU may have issues with government, NUPENG that has no issue with government will say they're going on a sympathy strike with ASUU. That doesn't make sense. NLC will wake up overnight and say workers should go on strike for something that concerns maybe one person. Strike is now being used as a political tool. No one will Invest $20 billion and allow one man in his bedroom who did not even invest a kobo to control the invest

Person pack indians full for im company, you think say na play? That Dangote man is very cunning. He knows how to run the perfect monopoly. He only puts indians in top positions so he can easily dismiss them without drama when they fall out of line.

Nigerians are always at lower positions where they are weaker and at his mercy. Meanwhile, the government, regulators, and judges who are supposed to ensure he follows rules and processes look the other way.

I disagree with you. Freedom of association is enshrined in the Nigerian association irrespective of what. He didn't need to sack them if as long as they doing their job. Union or not, if he is treating them well and giving them a voice, there wont be any issue. I support dangote cos Nigeria need his business but we can't afford to give him absolute powers. Nigerians already made that mistake with Tinubu, absolute power corrupts

Labour unions have been a disaster in industrial development across the country. It was the Union that pressured Yaradua not to sell the NNPC refineries in 2007 and protest against the removal of fuel subsidies in 2012.

Violate constitutional fundamental rights like freedom of association for example?

The court can compel dangote to take them back if there has been a breach on their rights.

Lol my company sacked everybody that went on strike that was induced by the union body,and told everyone they are free to reapply,but have to write an undertaking that that they will not be joining the union again,that's how the union died a natural death.
