What you seem to overlook is that being Jewish refers to a tribe, and this tribe can be found in any country or continent their ancestors migrated to, identifying as citizens of that country or continent. For example, there are Igbos in the Caribbean—is that enough reason for them to claim a right to establish an Igbo kingdom in Igboland alongside those with Igbo ancestry living there, simply because they faced persecution in the Caribbean? Likewise, the presence of Yorubas in South America (such as Brazil) does not make them Nigerians just because of their Nigerian ancestry. Identity is defined by the country one comes from, not by tribe alone.

Therefore, European Jews are "Europeans"; they are not superior to their Jewish counterparts in Arabia or Africa. Jews in Arabia are Arabs, those in Palestine are Palestinians and those in Africa are Africans. I hope this explanation matches your level of understanding.
