He was sitting just beside her, he didn’t come to her face or goad her, just normal throwing of words, hands in his pockets, he didn’t even expect it, the shock made him probably want to push her back.

Anyone defending Zita who has even apologized to him and the whole house is not a good person.

I go to court all the time by my job and have had to stand before several Judges in Nigeria.

You must know where to draw the line between self help and self defense.

A tenant owed me rent from year 2022 till this 2025.

He locked the property and put a small furniture inside.

I only got judgement in April, 2025 from the court

In all 3 years that the tenant was deliberately wicked and evil, I have no single right under the law to even break the door of my own house, unless the court tells me to do that.

This guy owed millions in rent from 2022 to 2025. But I could not even remove that furniture unless the court tells me to do that

We call it self help in law

Charlize Theron's mother killed her dad when she was still small and the man was abusing the mother. Guess what, she proved to court it was in self-defense and she walked out free.

Killing someone in self-defence is very much legal. It shouldn't be debatable. It's only in this useless country that someone tries to harm you with a dagger and you overpower him and kill him with it in self-defence and you are still going to jail for it. Useless country.

Before the penultimate week,biggie had wiped out all strikes and punishment given to HMs!
Based on the fight between tacha and mercy that day both should have gotten the DQ but Biggie decided to pardon mercy as a first time offender by giving her only 2 strikes!
