Some people are not normal at all.

Drugs kill more people than guns all over the world. Aside from destroying the lives of drug addicts, it equally kills a lot of people. I guess drug related deaths mean nothing to you.

Fake and expired medicines does the same thing. Kill people that normally wouldn't die.
