What is the best way to remove cement from tiles due to poor finishing, if the tiles are not glossy?

What is available in Nigeria for this purpose?

The internet recommends baking soda and vinegar,what else can I use to solve this issue so the bathrooms can look presentable?

If you say it doesn't matter then why do some bother when 4 X Y12 (if it's size alone that matters) is been used for columns for single storey buildings instead of 6 X Y12 or the standard 4 X Y16 ?

Very encouraging. Nigerians should be more engaged in DIY. I know some people who call an electrician to change bulb or change and replace a tap head. Such simple stuff. This homeowner must have saved thousands of Naira and artisan wahala.

I'm working on materials that can be added to sand and cement during plastering to make it smooth and avoid screeding.
I can send a bag to any engineer/builder interested in testing it on a small scale like store.

It okay, to discuss things like this on this thread, especially in real estate.
As the need to clear the wrong perspective that,real estate is for the rich,or elites, especially,among the masses today.

But,the question now is,what would we discuss,that will helo Nigerians understand that,real estate market is booming,and it's also benefiting both categories of individuals,in the country today, including low income earners,and the so called,wealthy or, elites.

What's your opinion?

mayB grinding of smoonth sand or adding dry grinded and filtered clay?

If you could grind sand, that would be good. Clay may cause cracking due to contraction after drying. It's reason why some plaster sands with high clay content cracks in plastering.
Basically inert fillers, plasticizers and delayed drying admixture for better hydration and strength.
It's carefully formulated mix with different functions.
I think it would work if you could get grounded sand also since that would even react well with the cement
