As i see LGA, I ain't surprised one bit. I have been to my LGA Secretariat some years ago to get Letter of administration. Omo, no body dey there except the gate man, him tell me say, everybody go farm. Up to date I still dey weak if I recall that matter. |

The same people who are sophisticated. I am from the SS, but I strongly believe that the most educated people in this country are from the SE, followed by the SS. I say this because I have lived and worked in many states in the four major regions of the country. |
