Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s address to the United Nations General Assembly on Friday was marked by a mass boycott, with Israel reporting that 77 countries either skipped the session or walked out as he began speaking.

According to YNET, Israel released the list on Saturday, noting that the 41-minute speech was delivered to a visibly thinned audience. Among those absent were Israel’s immediate neighbours—Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, and Syria—as well as Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Iran.

Some countries, including Jordan and Egypt, chose not to take their seats but did not participate in the coordinated walkout. Pakistan’s delegation left the hall in protest but remained at the sidelines to listen, Israeli officials said.

By contrast, envoys from Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates, both signatories to the 2020 Abraham Accords, stayed throughout Netanyahu’s remarks, despite tensions over the Gaza war.

International media highlighted the largely empty chamber during the speech, with coverage focusing on the boycott rather than Netanyahu’s remarks, which included a vow to “finish the job” against Hamas.

Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei, reacted to the protest online, describing Israel as “the most despised and isolated regime.”

The countries listed as absent or walking out included The countries that walked out or were absent included Egypt, Suriname, Tuvalu, Turkmenistan, Yemen, Egypt, Panama, Senegal, Palestine, Sudan, Tunisia, Turkey, Venezuela, Antigua and Barbuda, Belize, Congo, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Tonga, Uzbekistan, Angola, Barbados, Colombia, Comoros, Dominica, Djibouti, North Macedonia, San Marino, South Africa, Somalia, and Algeria.

Israel said the boycott underscored its growing diplomatic isolation as the war in Gaza, which has left tens of thousands dead and displaced millions, continues to draw international criticism.

it's simple. Israel is going after Hamas terrorists. These are fighters who hide in apartments and schools, right behind their own families. They swear to wipe Israel out and call their killers "martyrs." What is Israel supposed to do? Just wait for the next attack?

What kind of genocide is that?. Even more than any most army in history to avoid hurting civilians. So if someone gets hit after all that, it means they were either a terrorist, or they were being used as a human shield. It's a terrible choice Hamas forces on its own people.

Tons of aid gets into Gaza, and Hamas is known to steal a lot of it. Those protest ships are mostly for show, they can't actually feed everyone. It's a PR stunt.

In as much as it sounds humane and rational to allow two-state solution whereby Israel exist as a nation and Palestine exist as a nation, it is very dangerous for the future of Israel and Israelis, how and why? Read below.


Israel and Palestine border is like Lagos and Ogun state boundary, they are interwoven.


Palestinians over the years have shown strong affinity for terrorism targeted at Israel. Palestinians are more interested in destroying Israel through terrorism than they are in developing their land and building a great future devoid of Islamic wahabism.


If you then allow Palestine to become a fully recognized nation, terrorist nations like Iran will seize the opportunity to arm them with dangerous weapons which they will use solely to attack Israel unprovoked.



Yemen, Syria, Lebanon and Iran are all farther from Israel than Palestine yet these Muslim countries have made it a national goal to be attacking Israel on daily basis unprovoked, so imagine when Palestine that share an interwoven boundary with Israel becomes a recognized nation, it spells doom for Israel's future.


Honestly it's a difficult situation. Palestine cannot become a state unless the whole world will come together and invest hugely in erecting very massive fortified high wall/fence that will be made with uniquely fortified concrete and steel, and that's after creating a wide buffer boundary zone by taking large portion of Gaza and then a peace pact must be signed that forbid Iran or any other nation from arming Palestine, and that any day Palestine or Iran and their proxies attack Israel whether directly or indirectly, all the nations signing the peace pact must join the war in defending Israel; this is the only way a two-state solution can be given a thought to start with but still, it's very risky for Israel to allow Palestine become a state, it's sad but truth is bitter
