Arteta made a mistake in this game. He shouldn't have played Eze as number 10. He was supposed to be supporting Gykores in front but he was no where to be found.

He could have played at the left wing while Trossard play the supporting striker position.

It didn't bounce off his foot anything. Newcastle player hit the ball last and it went straight into his hand. It's just one of VARSENAL'S favoured moments by the VAR.

That wasn't 50/50 ball as the rules of the game have changed. The Arsenal's first half penalty should have been a penalty had the old rules are still existing.

Same thing applied to Newcastle Penalty that was disallowed. The referee didn't even bother to use VAR as it was ball to hand, double touch

This Arteta is highly emotional person and emotions doesn't win you EPL.

I guess it is time for Arsenal to also get lucky with final minutes goals just as Liverpool, but believe me it wouldn't last.


If you want to win EPL, you need to kill your emotions, you have to be soulless, ruthless and unapologetic, qualities which are lacking in arsenal and Arteta.

I don't know people's problem with Arsenal scoring through set pieces. When players from other clubs score with tap ons, you complain. What do you really want? Are set pieces not part of football again?
