Try and upgrade the MydstvApp on playstore or Appstore.

It might not bring the Bbn advert at first, it will show other adverts like offers for you , if it shows others first then click on “explore more”, you will see everything about bbn, you can register one decoder with one number , you’d receive verification code in the number either through WhatsApp or SMS, once you are able to vote IMISI (I assume you are voting her 😒).
Log out then register another number with a second decoder and a third and a fourth until the 20th. 😀

Better still, get people’s phones and register per decoder of you can do the stress for the love of your fave.
