On The Origin Of Evil by Nobody:
The concept of "evil" has perplexed human thought for centuries, with philosophers, theologians, and scholars of various disciplines attempting to understand its origin. The question of where evil comes from—whether it is inherent in human nature, a result of societal influences, or a force external to humanity—has given rise to a broad spectrum of theories. In examining the origin of evil, it is essential to explore the views offered by religion, philosophy, and psychology. Together, these perspectives offer a complex and multifaceted understanding of the forces that contribute to the manifestation of evil in the world.

These clowns will open threads and try to prove to be a saint while passing other people off as bad.

Hopeless slaves to the oppressive system. Prostrating to the same oba that will tax them heavily.

This comment right here is why your oppressors hold you in bondage. This thread was not a tribal affair. But just so you know, this happened in South West Nigeria.

Precisely Yorubaland.

This picture speaks thousands of unspoken sad words.

I am not talking about the prostration or the respect it connotates. Heck, I may do same if I see such an elderly and revered king too. Not his picture though because he is not GOD. But I too may prostrate if I see him physically even though it is not our culture.

But the prostration is not what the post is about. It goes deeper than that.

I need no one to tell me that this man is suffering from acute LACK, HUNGER, DEPRIVATION and WANT.

This man is a pictorial depiction of a DEFEATED MAN. The sad part is that he is not alone. Millions in Nigeria are in this same extremely sorry state.

This begs the big question.

Why are there still people like this amidst abundant resources and avoidable wastage by criminals masquerading as leaders and politicians?
Highly despicable and unfortunate

Hmmm it's a sign of loyalty and respect for the king.

This is not loyalty. He has been defeated. Life is dealing with him seriously. That picture is a sort of hope for him to get a better living.

By the way, the money Nyesom Wike wasted in renovating a worthless event centre that yields no real value for the masses could have been used to import 1 million bags of rice from Pakistan or India. This will crash the price of rice which is a major staple for survival all over the world.

To some of you Yorubas, it is all about whataboutism.

This life is far bigger than competition.

Just so you know, I respect Nnamdi Kanu for fighting to liberate his people but I will never bow down to Nnamdi Kanu. On the other hand, I will bow down to the Oba in question because of his age and his status as a revered king of a people.

I have said this before that this thread is not for competition. It is about the Nigerian system that beats her own people into servitude and subservience.

Some of you may even drive past this old man without looking twice at him or his condition.

Continue to worship and praise your oppressors because the system favours you today.

Just a while back, the Northerners were the biggest beneficiaries of the shrewd Nigerian system. But today, they are the biggest complainers.

Life has a way of dealing with wicked people.

A Yoruba man prostrating for a Yoruba king is not a sign of defeat or suffering, you know you opened this thread for tribalistic purpose.

His act is part of his culture, his culture is his identity.
When the royal staff is passing through the ancient villages, ppl kneel down until the staff is no longer seen
That is a culture with history and it will be difficult to understand by outsiders

Black People;

Why do you like to see your fellow human beings suffer? This man may not have eaten for the day. But all around him, people are wasting resources and living in wastage opulence.
Things are hard, but fund money and take your drugs

Can't u see those that support criminals in govt because he is their tribes man...are they not defeated physically and spiritually.

People who would never like to see their sons and daughters as thieves and prostitutes but would support thieves in Govt.

Shame of a people.
