From my experience I understand that all apls need be completely shared before posting, and this could take months. In my case my apl came in August and I was posted to assume duty in January of the next year.

FG work has a steep curve along the line in your career.

The beginning stages mostly no dey make sense. You go suffer for years.

But you see later in your career at management level as you dey grow with your mates and set
Nothing multinational worker go show you.

Have you ever asked yourself why the powerful people in this country still put their children in govt jobs, when they can get them jobs in multinationals or even send them to another country to live ?

For example it's far better to be in the management level of any major oil MDAs than to be in IOC

Many IOC professionals later in their career hustle for management positions in NNPC ....e get why.
At that point you are literally the government's eye.
