Late payment of salaries should be added to the list as it is becoming a norm to pay late, imagine celebrating independence Day without workers being paid.

If Tinubu has taken over Government since 1999 with all those debt forgiveness and very high crude oil prices and these bold reforms, Nigerian passport would have been visa free to Europe and Canada by now. God please, i know good things don't last in Nigeria and the vultures are regrouping to finish the carcass of Nigeria where they left it. Please never let them near our corridors of power again no matter how much they try. Let us live long to enjoy the positive outcomes of these reforms. We can't help the haters because in every twelve there must be a Judas. Give our president the good health and wisdom to stir the ship of this nation. ASUU strike, Nupeng strike, poly strike, NLC strike, fuel scarcity are now becoming a thing of the past. We need more wisdom from above for our leaders and we pray that the leaders from the States will rise up to their responsibilities as well in Hashem's name i pray, Amen Selah

Everything being equal, Tinubu has done well relative to the last three presidents.
The fact that revenue generation has gone up and debt servicing has come down from 97% to 50% of revenue is commendable.

The parents can now send their children to higher institutions without panic concerning fees. Power generation has inched up and the naira has stabilized somewhat. Tiny steps here and there but big steps for the future of the country. But inflation needs to be tackled more

Impressive insights from his independence speech after 2 years and 4 months.

BUT there's more to be done with a sense of urgency in the restructuring of Nigeria through the constitutional amendments and improved security. It's totally shameful that under an APC Governor who is an oil mogul, Nupe, Bariba, and some Yoruba LGAs (of the largely Yoruba-dominated Kwara State with 12 out of the 16 LGAs of Kwara being Yoruba and 2 LGAs each for the Nupes and Baribas where the U.S.-based academic Farooq Kperogi comes from)
are relentlessly undergoing attacks from alleged Fula bandits who some Nupe community in Kwara North ordered to leave their community immediately for security reasons.

Second, the NSA has to be relieved of his post and deployed tactically to another area because he is a Fula and alongside other minority Fula Governors of the majority Hausa States have been accused of NOT doing enough because the bandits are largely Fulas. This information is in real videos online from credible indigenous Hausa men and women that I've seen. To solve this security problem, the Hausas have vowed NOT to vote for Fula politicians again due to religion because their Hausa communities in the North West have been attacked by migrant foreign Fula herdsmen and bandits for years now with their lands being stolen from them and renamed to Fulani names.

Therefore the Nigerian President Tinubu has to understand the geopolitical dynamics at play here because he seems to WRONGLY surround himself with the minority Fulas as NSA, Ministers, and more to the exclusion of the majority Hausa people of the far North (by supporting Atiku Abubakar, Nuhu Ribadu and Muhammadu Buhari as past Presidential candidates of his political party) thinking that Fulas wield power and population when INFACT Fulas in the entire West Africa are not more than 22 million and less than 20 million in Nigeria. The Hausas alone are over 80 million while the Yorubas are approximately 70 million worldwide for instance and the Kanuris of Nigeria are over 20 million.

He is talking about unity while the Lagos State government is busy destroying Igbos properties in the state. He is talking about by Nigerian products while he is busy petronising other countries products.

And where did I tell you that the governor should order any of these agencies? Even though he has the right to call on them.
I repeat, solution to insecurity is local and can only be done with the help of the localities, residence, and the military.
I never said governor should carry guns or whatever your assertion is.
Why don't they give the governor state police undecided or did you expect the governors to carry guns
Re: 10 Things To Note In President Tinubu’s 65th Independence Day Broadcast by BigBreezeBabs(m): 7:16pm On Oct 01, 2025
Domyou think Tinubu doesn't want State policing too?
He knows that some governors and politicians will turn themselves to god and use it against elections and oppressing voices.
Let's chill for his 2nd tenure before you see father of policies.
But for Now, let's secure the 2nd term first.

We all buy petrol for 900 naira, and we all exchange dollar 1,500.
So is there anything you want to say?

I'm sorry for not excluding the insecurity before making point, but it's not actually insecurity the only thing he listed.
spiSeyi:
What's the one even saying I can't believe a human could say this shocked so if bandits and other non-state actors finish the lives of everyone else then who are going to live up to experience the reform undecided . This must be a bot cheesy

Look at your reply carefully and highlight where you tied your response to other parts of the comment or where you removed "insecurity" from your point of reply. It is you who rushed to type without citing your response being tied to "low purchasing power."
