Which Supreme Court judgement is that?

Why are people celebrating Fubara's return to office when it appears that he is bound by the terms of his agreement with Wike, rendering him a conditional Governor? In my view, he lacks the autonomy to make decisions independently. Would it not have been more advisable for him to relinquish his position and explore other opportunities? What decision-making authority can he truly claim when Wike exerts control over all 23 LGA chairmen, the House of Assembly, his Chief of Staff, Secretary to the State Government, Accountant General, and Auditor General? Can he even engage in meetings with traditional rulers without first obtaining Wike's approval?

Funara thinks he needs to be governor and so let him face the humiliation, the price for being a boy boy governor. He should have rejected his return in well naratted protest against the illegalities that suspended him. Even second term he can't do nothing with Wike in control of the house. What happened now would still have played out if he played that game!

Fubara had only one game...remain subservient...unfortunate that is but that's what he signed for, so no pity for him!!

They were never commissioners or public officers/appointees if their appointments were not approved by the legitimate members of the RSHoA headed by the legitimate Speaker of the House.

I believe this is one of the reasons the HoA headed by the Speaker are shunnig Fubara and not attending any public function/activities with him.
Nevertheless, there's no law stipulating that they have to. The arms of government and governance are independent or seems to be as the case maybe.


I hope GOV. SIM employs heavenly wisdom in this new phase of come back in governance and limits his rhetorical patterns with these fellows.
