These reptiles kill and eat other dangerous reptiles like snakes...

I'd kill it too ...but now learning it kills snakes... I'd look for a few more and have them around the compound. How can people eat this? ...some people are walking around in "beast mode"... we have many here on NL ... if what they see has meat ...it is edible ,.. as we often see here...people kill an animal ...they don't know what it is ...never seen it before ... snap a photo ...cook it ...eat it ...then come on NL ..post the photo ..and be asking for information about the animal. Dead whale washes up on the beach ...they see meat ... meat in abundance ..get basins and take home the carcass to feast. No meat is not palatable And we wonder why people be coming on here to find out about strange allergies.

Well they'll feed on small fishes or fishes small enough for them to hunt. If you have big fishes I doubt they'd consider it as prey. But they'd eat other aquatic animals like crabs,frogs etc
