Lordm said the Prophet was a human like us. That's true he was a human like us but he did received revelations and got privileges whether you believe it or not. And that's the difference. Jesus and other Prophets too were similarly humans with privileges!

So a Prophet's body do not decompose as the Prophet explained to his companions!

Since Mohammed was the only human who claimed this, contrary to other prophets of God, it should be put to test.

So, if as a Muslim you can confirm that indeed according to early Islamic historical documents the Mohammed's corpse decayed, would you

1. Disregard such a knowledge and keep on practicing Islam as you have known it
2. Regards the hadith like Sunan Abi Dawud 1531 as fake and untrustworthy
3. Question other Islamic information you have recieved for authenticity
4. Block your ears and eyes to such faith destroying evidence and drown yourself in salat
5. Walk out of Islam
6. Become aggressive to anyone reiterating such kinds of information
7. Don't care about anything like this

No be holy spirit go teach me new things about Islam! Early historical documents can be classified as authentic, weak or fabricated if Hadith. Otherwise the documents can be an unauthenticated stories!

Except the hadith is Maudu, this will invalidate the prophethood of Mohammed, the Qur'an AND every other thing he preached.

This means that even, the shahada becomes useless.

I don't agree with them because ALL came far after the Gospels were written and by people not remotely connected with Jesus nor His Disciples

But for you, what is your excuse that historical sources predating ALL your Sahih hadiths are rejected. Is it because the information is unpalatable to your newer polished islamic history!?

The Gospel of Thomas and the Epistle of Barnabas have significant overlap with the writing period of the New Testament books.

Gospel of Thomas:
Estimated Composition: 50-140 CE
Overlap: This gospel was likely written around the same time as the later New Testament books, such as the Gospel of John, and potentially even earlier, overlapping with the writing of the Pauline epistles.

The Epistle of Barnabas:
Estimated Composition: 70-132 CE
Overlap: This text was written around the same time as the Gospel of Mark and the Gospel of John, and the later Pauline epistles.

All historical sources have the tedencies to be true or false! More importantly is the science of the hadith which is clearly established unlike the Biblical canonization which is shrouded in secrecy!

If you give an hadith for example, we can say the hadith comes from the Prophet to a named Companion who related it to his son who is the one finally relating the hadith! Each persons will be evaluated for honesty and sound mind! Also important is if the persons meet one another in real life.

Your Bible is not like that! Everything is Holy Spirit....

B. Tell me, which one of these was the Real gospel of Allah attested to in the Quran as "with the Christians"?
C. Do you have any record of the church accepting or validity or authenticating of any of these strange gospel writings or their authors?

Questions:
1. Why would many of the events recorded the earliest historical sources of Islam denied by modern Muslims eg. Musannaf 'Abd al-Razzaq al-Sanani, Sunnan al-Darimi- Kitab Wafat al-Nabi, Al-Tabaqat al-Kubra by Ibn Sa'd and Al-Tarikh al-Kabir by al-Bukhari
2. Are these writers apostates or Muslims? If they are Muslims, why would they record exactly what happened as they knew it?

The truth is that evidences of the corpse of the best human on earth are deliberately sanitised and buried so that people will not find out.
Instead, they amplify their preferred narrative.

Most Muslims are not even aware of these Islamic historical sources and those who are aware pretend that they can be overruled.

A Big chunk of these books are not even translated into English like the hadiths.
