What kind of information about the refinery operations is PENGASSAN looking for?

Pengassan is all about union dues. I am a union member so I know how it works.
Well said. It is the truth. In dire situations with your employer, the union executives would collect envelopes and still yield, with flowery words to cover up

I am happy that those staff are not coming back to work in the refinery, now that they're no longer oil worker, we want to see how PENGASSAN will protect them from disengagement from Dangote group in the nearest future
Those guys are gonna, they will be removing one by one, until all of them are cleaned up, from anything called Dangote company and for evil people supporting union,I think they are shame now

This is very unacceptable! How do you report the activities of your office to outsiders on the foolish promises of getting you protected?

In the first place, sharing of sensitive information in an organization is a crime on its own. No company would ever tolerate that. Not even the federal government!

It is the reason some employees of some organizations are made to sign non-disclosure agreement before asking the newly employed to resume duties.

Now your protectors have succeeded in getting you redeployed to non vibrant sector and it automatically means your continued membership of that association is useless primarily because you will no longer have sensitive information to share.

Las las, you will learn how to face your job as a matter of priority rather than join any association that would put you into trouble. What were you even expecting? That your employer who employed you so you can put food on your table and feed your family will be shut down out of hatred for the progress of the organization that pays you a salary!

People are wicked!!

“What put them into trouble is a WhatsApp group. PENGASSAN reached out to them, asking that they join the union and that they would protect them. So, they now created a WhatsApp group, where they share forms to them, and ask them to send reports about what is going on in the refinery.

“So, they were sharing reports every day. That was how it leaked. The content that was going on in the WhatsApp group, and the information they were sharing is sabotage. That was how the Dangote people took action quickly,” the sources said.

.

Its not corruption is pure wickedness. I see this daily with some of my staff even the ones that will beg you with their life to be employed. And if your business fall they will be the ones to rejoice. I don't give second chances to then so I support Dangote on this.

Defending interests inside another person company?
Are you okay?
If you don’t like how your interests are being treated, what stops you from leaving?

While the refinery management maintains that the sacking was part of a total re-organisation exercise, sources told PREMIUM TIMES that the real reason was sharing confidential information with outsiders.

This is one of those of those half truths and half lies they are trying to ditch into people to swallow hard...

Probably this carrier of this message is on the payroll of Dangote doing his bidding.

If this is the case why don't Dangote come out clean and say it rather than hiding behind the word "restructuring" of company.....

Even a four year old will laugh this off....

Most of what they will divulge as information may even be lies and rumours. I have seen that happen before. People can be sober when they are looking for jobs but they start to sabotage soon after.

Believe this huge lie at your own peril. What kind of information do they have that could disrupt the operation of the refinery? Na wa oo, you blacks can believe anything you read online with a bias mind, shall. No wonder your country is where it is now. The kind of information I guess, they may be sharing might be maybe the pay package of employees by position and how they are treated, nothing more. for one Dangote refinery is an engineering piece and not some financial institution or some for of a secret institution with code secret to keep it safe. make una dey reason well first abeg.

Sir,I doubt you do. Dangote want to run the refinery smoothly while paying oil workers, fitters and welders like his cement and sugar factories- that's why he will resist unionism has he had done in his other facilities.
It's more about the protection of the right and welfare of the workers.
The dues should be the least of your worries and concern.
Why is the Dangote group worried about the due if She had nothing at stake? The dues comes from the workers salary an the workers ain't complaining.

They don't need to say anything anymore because there's no more strike and they have be re-deployed.

Bring $20billion that he invested.

You are talking as if you are one of the saboteurs.

PENGASSAN killed government owned refineries, and stopped government from sacking non performing staff.

Go to Kaduna refinery junction in the morning you will see multiple million naira SUVs going in as if its a presidential convoys!

Guess who are they?

Non performing staff collecting billions as salary every month.

probably the reason pengassan accepted a soft landing for them. Because I don't think pengassan ordinarily will allow such a deal where those guys will cease to be an employee of dangote refinery but will continue to work under another dangote company. In my own view ,na those sacked guys loose nah.
