Seun isn't paying attention to the complaints made on this forum.

There's barely any thread on the front page without someone making mockery of the 40character restrictions. But he's adamant to that.

Instead of banning or setting a bot to do that, why not set a dislike button or "delete comment" button. Or a ban request button. So that mods will review the comments sent for bans and revoke or accept it.

But we can't complain enough if we can't build our own platform to do what we like.

I strongly do not think that the dark mode is sweet. Dark mode is supposed to be dark, not blast your face with a hue of green.

I'm keeping fingers crossed to see if we'd finally be able to:

- Delete our own posts
- Be rid of this annoying "40 characters" limitation
- Get that long overdue DM feature

There are many other things this forum lacks, but these are highly important.

that bot has been moving crazy. Just dishing out bans up and down. Seun pls give the modes back the power to delete posts, this your anti spam bot has been running around banning people unjustly, just give it a rest already

I like it; it’s a great update since the ’90s. I hope there will be more updates in the future.

Hey, I actually like the new dark mode. It’s a big improvement from staring at a pure white screen all the time. Sure, it might not be perfect for everyone, but it’s much easier on the eyes, especially for night browsing.

Dark mode isn’t about being perfect from day one, it’s about making the forum more comfortable to use, and this is a welcome change in that direction.

I respect your diplomatic approach to what the current dark mode looks like. I agree that it's easier on the eyes when compared to the previous white theme.

I guess I'm not cool with it because it's not true dark mode, and if would have taken the exact same energy or time to make it a true dark mode.
