Awolowo stopped Nigeria from sending Nigeria food to Biafra because of two reasons;1 because the Biafran army were cornering the food (2)because Biafra is an enemy state .

About Gaza ,It's not Israel that's feeding Gaza and two because Awolowo/Nigeria allowed foreign countries like the same Israel and Netherlands etc to deliver aids/ food to the Biafrans . In a nutshell,while Nigeria stopped delivering Nigeria food ,they didn't stop foreign delivery of food .
