What you just raised is the main reason for unionism, except for strategic roles there should not be need for mind games or wages negotiation, it's supposed to be classified and structured. . Any company who do a thing like that is a wicked company. Companies are not doing you a favor when they employ you. An employment contract is a mutually beneficial one between the employer and the employee, as much as the employee needs the job to earn a salary to pay their bills, the same way the employer needs the employee to work and earn money for them. Using the failed state of the economy, because there are many jobless people in the country, is not enough reason to make the worker feel that you are doing him any favours. You are supposed to make your employees happy so they can be motivated to work for you with all their heart and see your company as their. i can tell you for free that employees will stay and give their life for an employer who they feel cares about them.

I asked again what is the sentive information thay are giving is it the daily production report or the maltreatment report they are receiving. until your paid premium times can answer that then this report is rubbish and for one i said i have worked in that refinery before and I resigned voluntarily after a few months. so you that has never even stepped your foot their is just talking out of ignorance.
