seunoyeleyep:You think Nigerians are not wise enough to see beyond the hollow family legacy excuse? What is family legacy when a supposedly legitimate Yoruba from a "traditional Lagos family" cannot speak Yoruba, the tongue of his father, yet speaks Igbos , the dialect of his mother, fluently and has said with his own mouth "I don't think in Yoruba" plus proclaimed support openly for IPOB? Dey deceive yourself with "family legacy" whereas others only see the proverbial lost sheep |

Sego mentioned two points: Why so difficult for you to deny the main reason why he made his second comment that is being taken out of context. Ofcourse, events of 2023 presidential elections and outcome of SARs riot that caught unsuspecting innocent Lagosians/SW unaware will be foolhardy of the concerned Southwesterners not to take appropriate actions afterwards. |

Anyways, that's in their Lagos! I can never take the threat of an Agbadorian serious. Knowing who they are! It's only in their Lagos that they do this shit, not elsewhere. Some who tried this nonsense here in Lugbe Abuja during last election regretted it. ..... but how can a community build tuggery as a legacy? Every thing about them revolves on tuggery! Lacking intellectual strength to convince or woo people to their side. Shame! |

Sirjamo:What concerns refugee with citizen? Gbadebo is an indigene of Lagos, with members of his extended family still in Brazil to this day. If you are not an indigene of Lagos, you are a refugee wether yoruba or not & an indigene doesn't have to prove his yorubaness to a refugee. Na him land you dey, he can decide to speak whatever he wants |

AMI3:What record has the mediocre, undistinguished and unproven GRV got to campaign with in comparison to Hamzat, Prof Akin Abayomi and literally the hundred of world class technocrats with relevant administrative experience in Lagos leadership roles ? Lagos State can easily show consistently incremental growth and development, since 1999, that has made it a Nation-State in Africa, a power house in sub-Saharan Africa and the best State in our Country by far. Lagos will then back that up by showing at least 50 super star administrators who are anchors of this success and far, far, far better placed than GRV and others from his real state of origin, I.e Anambra, to be Governor. Talk better abeg. Your brain is there to be used independently and not to be commandeered by unintelligent wannabes like GRV. If you have time, search Nairaland for a thread he used before the 2023 Lagos Guber election, to engage posters here in hope he could profit electorally. Read it and tell me if he is as intelligent as even the local government chairman of the smallest and most unchallenging LG in Lagos. |

If Gbadebo can expand his campaign on thuggery and Toutism in Lagos, he stand a chance. He should flog and over flog issue and make it known in bold statement that NURTW operations in parks and bus stops will be completely abolished. He should expand to market association dues and fees and land grabbers. If he gets good hands that will flog that issue, I believe he stands a chance. |

seunoyeleyep:Only kids engage in what you are demanding because anybody can claim to be anything online. You forget we are here discussing those who are or want to be Nigerian political leaders because we want them to deliver a better Nigeria for us all. Only someone who does not get that very important point will be demanding to scrutinize the "forefathers legacy" of a fellow Nairalander. Am I, or the poster you first addressed the question to, contesting to be Governor or Lagos? What then concerns you with my "forefathers legacy"? Always remember what is shown below.

WizardOfNG: ![]() I dont give a f what you think I am or not. It is not new. The violence you lots perpetrated on our people in 2023 just because according to you and your ilks: they looklike our Neigbours from the East is still fresh and never forgotten. I know your types, you will say he is our neigbour from the East when the times comes. To you Tinubu supporters everyone is from our kith and kins from the East, as long as they don't support Tinubu or buy the lies and propaganda dished from Ameachi Laptops Another election is approaching and the usual people who causes violence to other ethnic groups in Nigeria have come out again to stand on violence in the coming election Continue to decieve yourself. This time learning the hard way is a must for violence preachers ![]() |
