Android17:Cry well. James bossed a midfield, in a gamewhere Hakimi operated in his strongest position and they lost woefully. Make Hakimi enter that midfield with James that day...we for see express. Ironic that an emotional nigga is talking about emotions. Soon he go enter long preaching trying to persuade every one to agree with his empty epistle. |

andrewbaba44:When was Hakimi's best season? Anyways, most wingers will prefer to play against a peaked Hakimi than to face a peaked James. That's how you know the better defender.

Chelsea fans and their kindergarten way of making points. Imagine dropping vinicius opinion like it adds anything to the discussion. ![]()

popizaino: ![]() The same people who warned you against the wack Pochetino are warning you against Glasner but just like it was in the past, you've refused to listen. Glasner is not dominant in his approach and we could actually aim higher if the idea is to change coach. You can check his stats at Frankfurt down to Palace. He's not gonna help you win a 38 game league. He can be more helpful in knockout games though. Like Poch, he's better with small clubs with limited budget, once he's given money to spend e go be whahala ooo. I may be wrong so time will tell as always. |

Nor be Messi name Pablo maffeo from girona as his toughest opponent despite going up against multiple great players. Better go find better way defend your recce James. Player wey even gusto push from right back. |

Emaprince:You are digging your own pit. Your coach wasn't bold enough to start him as a fullback in that final. It's not an endorsement of his ability. |

Trevor012:I typed this same reply to Andrew's post on ignoring recency bias but deleted it. My exact post went like "Nobody will ask Lamine to play RB just so he can neutralize whatever Nuno Mendes is going to do. That's an indictment on Lamine." But spaa---aaaaastic people won't see the irony. |

airmark:You know we have been missing Lavia, a defensive midfielder and James, a defender all through last year but you successfully wasted my time all year arguing that attack was our major problem. You and Mikel are the same. You don't even know what you want. |

Silentgroper:Club World Cup final has been done and dusted. Chelsea 3-0 PSG. FIFA and the football World, those who really matters, know who the real world champion is. You are a nobody. Deal with it. |
| Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Club World Cup Champions 2025-2029 by Android22: 6:22pm On Oct 03, 2025 |
You moved your RB to CDM to play help defense against Nuno, Kvara. Apart from playing Gusto. Moved Neto to play LB so Cucu could tuck in and play help defense as well as to neutralize Hakimi. You got NOTHING from his wing all game. Meanwhile, Hakimi created 2 clear chances. You've forgotten your GK made a worldie vs Dembele & Doue missed a sitter. Your 3 goals came from Nuno's side who made 1 mistake in losing that header to Gusto. 3 of those goals came from 1 long ball to the space Nuno was leaving. Route 1 football. That's why it didn't work against Bayern and probably won't work against any other big teams. Without fortuitous long balls & a lethal Palmer, your tactics was ZERO. Talmbout dominate. Miss me. ![]() |

timbros:Same person that said no need for any balancing rim, just fix the attack. Now the attack has been fixed and he's realized there's more to football than just attack (there's midfield and defense) I pity those that take that guys opinions seriously |

popizaino:I think this is exactly how Man U fans celebrated Amorim when his team defeated Pep Guardiola’s side in the Champions League match . The scoreline was 4–1, and their thread was bubbling with joy as though their saviour had finally arrived. Even I, as a rival fan, was shivering then, thinking Man U were about to rise again. But now , we all saw how e dey go.😂 |

StarchAndBanga:Quite ironic that the midfielder he claim we are missing is not an attacking midfielder who is suppose to create chances, score and assist to help outscore opponents. ![]() But we are missing a defensive midfielder whose primary is to break up opposing play and screen the defence ![]() What we read herr ![]() |

| Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Club World Cup Champions 2025-2029 by timbros(m): 6:34pm On Oct 03, 2025 |
airmark:Why should we miss a defensive minded player when we can easily outscore opponents with the millions we spent in attack? Remember that the board listened to you and spent heavy on attack? Remember? Or should I dig out the post you listed how much we spent on attack vs the little we spent on defence? Remember you claimed the board listened to you? Why are we now missing a defensive midfielder and a defender? Can't we simply outscore? |
| Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Club World Cup Champions 2025-2029 by timbros(m): 6:36pm On Oct 03, 2025 |
