This is where attention should be shifted to our governors, all of them are not doing enough when it comes to liberating their people from the crawl of poverty.

Any governor who can't empower his people through agriculture and generate revenue from it will not be able to do it with technology and manufacturing.

They should all sit up and take responsibility
